Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2025

Scope: Bro MCP proxy

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides proxying and routing for AI agent traffic to MCP servers you connect (including servers you operate and third-party integrations). We provide transport and infrastructure; we do not control the MCP servers you choose to connect.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any tokens, OAuth credentials, or secrets associated with your account.
  • You must promptly revoke or rotate credentials if you suspect compromise or if access should change.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or abuse connected MCP providers.
  • Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or any connected systems.
  • Connect only MCP servers and credentials that you are authorized to use.

5. AI Output Responsibility

You decide which MCP servers, tools, prompts, and resources your agents can access. We do not review or validate AI outputs and cannot guarantee their accuracy. You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them.

6. Credentials and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect credentials stored for operating the Service, but you remain responsible for how credentials are issued, rotated, and used. Do not embed secrets in client-side code or publish them.

7. Payment

The Service may be provided without charge at this time. If we introduce paid tiers or billing, we will provide notice and applicable terms before charges apply.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting MCP connections and logging out. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, compromise security, or create legal risk for the platform.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for claims arising from AI outputs, MCP server downtime, credential misuse, or third-party integrations. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the issue (currently zero).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
