Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Broxy MCP proxy service.

Broxy provides a hosted MCP proxy that connects AI clients to your local MCP server. The service includes Google sign-in, OAuth token issuance for AI clients, and proxy routing over SSE, streamable HTTP, and WebSocket transports.

1. Using the service

  1. You must use Broxy in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
  2. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account or client secrets.
  3. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

2. Accounts and access

  • Sign-in is handled through Google OAuth. We rely on the information you provide to Google.
  • You may create and revoke OAuth client secrets from the dashboard. Keep secrets confidential.
  • You are responsible for securing your local MCP server and any tools or resources it exposes.

3. Service data handling

Broxy is designed to proxy MCP traffic without retaining its content. We do not store or log the content of MCP requests, prompts, tool arguments, tool outputs, or responses. Payloads are processed transiently to deliver them between your AI client and your local MCP server.

4. Availability and changes

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We may update features, limits, or availability with reasonable notice.

5. Third-party services

Broxy uses Google OAuth for authentication. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.

6. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broxy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data resulting from your use of the service.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
