What it affects

• Initial connect and capability fetch
• tools/list, prompts/list, and resources/list calls to downstream servers

Practical guidance

• If a server is slow to list tools, increase this value slightly.
• If you want faster failure feedback, reduce it.

• Click Save to apply the new value.
