Connection retries

"Connection retries" controls how many times Broxy attempts to connect to a server before reporting a failure.

When it helps

• Temporary network hiccups for HTTP servers.
• Slow-starting local processes for STDIO servers.

Practical guidance

• 2 to 4 retries is a good default for most setups.
• Very high values can delay error feedback.

UI behavior

• Value is a whole number.
• Click Save to apply the new value.
